After collecting your luggage, you will be met in the arrivals hall by one of our uniformed staff, who will accompany you to our courtesy minibus and drive you to our office, located just 500 meters from the Malaga Airport terminal. There you will complete the contract with the necessary documentation and collect the vehicle you requested. At the end of your car rental we offer our return minibus service to the airport, so you can catch your flight on time.
For this service the driver must present a valid passport or personal identification document, a current driving license and a credit card in the driver´s name. A debit card will not be accepted? For delivery and pick up requested between 20.00 and 09.00 an additional cost of €30 will apply.
Current law requires that all children be properly secured in legally approved car seats and fastened with seat belts. We offer rental of suitable car seats for children according to their age and weight. It is recommended that this option is included when booking the vehicle for an additional cost of 5€ per day.
When there is damage to the rental vehicle, either due to the fault of the customer or an unidentified third party, the maximum penalty will be applied according to the class of car. (The escess will not be refund until the party causing the damage is identified and their responsibility agreed by those involved). The penalty/excess will be calculated according to the contracted model, with a minimum charge of €300.
